Folders are used in Church Edit to create the menu structure of your website. If you want to change the order menu items appear on your site, you will need to change the order of the folders in Global Office.
To change the folder order, you will need to go to Web Pages and click the Folder Order button
When you click Folder Order you will see a list of all your main folders and the any folders that have sub-folders. At the top of the list you will see your parent folders, which are the folders that make up your main menu, below are any folders that have sub-folders. Click the radio button next to the set of folders for which the folder order is to be changed and click the Next button at the bottom of the list. In the screenshot below, we want to move 'Sundays' to the top of the 'Weekly Events' menu, so the radio button next to 'Weekly Events' has been selected.
You will then be taken to a page listing the folders within 'Weekly Events' and you'll be able to drag and drop the relevant folder to the position you want. So, to continue with our example, we can move 'Sundays' to the top of the list. Once you have moved the folder, or folders, that you wish to move, click the Save button at the bottom of the page, and then Continue on the following page.
